We will journey over 3 days at the Life Centre in Herne Bay starting on Friday, 4 September 2026. The retreat is non-residential, meaning you will go home at the end of each day. Lunch will be provided
Over 3 days, we will enter the temple of deep transformation. You will emerge at the end of day 3 transformed, initiated into your Quantum Queen. After the retreat the container is held by 12 weekly group coaching calls where we will check in, refine your journey, and receive teachings and understandings.
As you enter the temple, with your permission, you are warmly welcomed by two women who gently smudge you and anoint you with rose oil. Already, you feel emotion rising within you. Whether it is relief, gratitude, or tears, you realise how deeply you have been longing for this kind of nourishment.
You look around the beautiful space, adorned with flowers, candlelight and the fragrance of essential oils. As you take your seat, your breathing begins to slow. The demands of everyday life gently melt away, and, for the first time in a long while, you feel yourself truly arrive.
We gather in sacred circle, sharing our stories, setting our intentions, and opening our hearts to the journey ahead. As each woman speaks, you realise that although your lives are different, your hearts are searching for many of the same things.
The morning is devoted to strengthening your intuition. Through experiential exercises, you reconnect with your inner wisdom and discover how deeply you can trust yourself. There is something magical about witnessing your intuition unfold alongside other women and discovering the wisdom each of you carries.
From this place of connection, Teagan guides you on a soul journey to discover what your heart truly longs to create. You reconnect with dreams that have quietly waited beneath the surface and begin setting powerful intentions for the life you are ready to step into.
As the day unfolds, you gently uncover the beliefs, fears and patterns that have kept you from living your fullest potential. Through meditation, reflection and group exploration, you begin releasing the stories that no longer belong to you.
By the end of the day, you feel lighter, more connected to yourself, more trusting of your intuition, and excited about the woman you are becoming. Your initiation has begun.
You are welcomed into the temple again. We begun in ceremony, checking in and setting our intentions for the day. We begin by gently exploring the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that have shaped your life for years. You begin recognising the stories that have influenced your relationships, your confidence, your success, and your ability to receive all that life has to offer.
Through a powerful combination of breathwork, sacred geometry, movement, hypnosis and ceremony, you begin releasing what no longer belongs to you. With every breath, your body softens. As you journey with hypnosis, old beliefs that once felt like truth begin to lose their hold, making space for greater self-worth, confidence and freedom.
You feel lighter, freer, and more alive.
As the day unfolds, we gather in ceremony to honour what you are ready to leave behind. Surrounded by women courageously doing the same, you realise you are not alone. There is something profoundly healing about witnessing one another's transformation.
By the end of the day, you feel lighter in your body, quieter in your mind, and more open in your heart. You begin to experience yourself differently, the lens of your past loses its power, and the limitless possibilities of who you are becoming feel.

You leave knowing who you are, trusting the path ahead, and carrying the energy of your Quantum Queen into every area of your life. What if I've already done a lot of inner work?

This is both a psychological and spiritual journey—one that honours the wisdom of science while embracing the power of consciousness, energy and the sacred. It is also delivered by Teagan, a woman with shamanic experience and a deep understanding of the psyche. She has walked this path for 56 years and lives, eats and breathes this wisdom.
What do you mean by a non-residential retreat?
A non-residential retreat means that we are not staying on-site. You will return home every day.
What happens at the retreat?
The retreat is a beautiful blend of teaching, coaching, hypnotherapy, reflection, ceremony, mindfulness, movement and deep personal transformation.
Each day includes inspiring workshops, experiential exercises, guided hypnosis, time for journalling and integration, nourishing meals and opportunities to connect with other incredible women.
There is also space to rest, reflect and simply enjoy being away from the demands of everyday life. While some experiences may be emotionally moving, everything is held in a safe, supportive and compassionate environment.
I've never experienced hypnosis. Is it safe?
Yes.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a safe, natural and deeply relaxing process that has been used for decades to support positive change.
You remain aware and in control throughout the experience. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Most people describe hypnosis as feeling similar to deep meditation or becoming completely absorbed in a good book. It allows us to work directly with the subconscious mind, where many of our beliefs, habits and emotional patterns are stored.
What do you cover in the group coaching calls?
Our live coaching calls are the heart of the integration process. Transformation doesn't happen from a retreat alone—it happens through consistent practice, reflection and support as you begin applying what you've learned in your everyday life.
Each week we'll come together for a 60-minute live group coaching call where you'll have the opportunity to check in, celebrate your wins, work through challenges and deepen your understanding of the week's teachings.
Every session includes coaching, practical teaching, guidance and accountability to help you stay connected to your intentions and the transformational practices introduced throughout the program. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive support in a safe and encouraging environment.
These calls are designed to help you maintain momentum, integrate lasting change and feel supported every step of your Quantum Queen journey.
How much time will I need to commit over the 12 weeks?
The program has been designed to fit alongside your business and personal life.
In addition to the three-day retreat, you'll attend six fortnightly 1 hour coaching sessions and work through the online course at your own pace.
Most women find that setting aside two to four hours each week allows them to fully engage with the material while still maintaining balance in their everyday lives.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that circumstances can change.
Your enrolment includes a 7-day cooling-off period, giving you time to ensure Quantum Queen feels like the right fit for you.
After this period, cancellation requests will be managed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Because places at the retreat are limited and significant preparation is required, refunds may not be available after the cooling-off period.
If you're unsure whether the program is right for you, Teagan will book a pre-program call after enrolment so you can make your decision with complete confidence. If you feel after this call that the program is not right for you. A full refund will be issued.

Alongside my professional training, I've spent many years exploring spiritual traditions through ceremony, shamanic training and personal practice. These experiences have deepened my understanding of healing, resilience and what it truly means to live an authentic and purposeful life.
